Deixem coure's la verdura durant aprox. 1 hora i quart a foc mig\/baix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pas 4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Batem la verdura fins a fer una crema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consell<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tallem les verdures en grand\u00e0ries similars perqu\u00e8 es coguin per igual. Tamb\u00e9 podem utilitzar aigua, en comptes de brou.
