Reservar les gemmes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batre les gemmes a punt de neu. Apartar.&nbsp;<strong>a punto de nieve<\/strong>. Apartar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol batre les gemmes amb el sucre fins que la mescla blanquegi i augmenti de volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegir a la mescla de les gemmes, la mantega i la llet. Batre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tamisar<\/strong>&nbsp;la farina juntament amb el cacau i el llevat, afegir a la mescla anterior.
