Y hacemos una masa con el\u00a0 huevo, y el pan rallado.<br \/>Netegem les carxofes; llevem les fulles m\u00e9s dures i li tallem la part de dalt i el tronc, per a despr\u00e9s obrir-les una miqueta. Al tronquito li llevem tamb\u00e9 la part m\u00e9s fosca i ho reservem.<br \/>Afegim la massa a les carxofes. Les col\u00b7loquem en una cassola amb aigua que les cobrir\u00e0 fins a la meitat. Tamb\u00e9 podem afegir els tronquets que hem tallat i netejat pr\u00e8viament. I les posem a bullir fins que estiguin tendres.
