Despr\u00e9s escorres b\u00e9 la llet i es cuina normalment.<br \/>Comencem. En una cassola que pugui anar al forn, posar\u00e0s l'oli cobrint tot el fons i l'escalfar\u00e0s. Una vegada calenta afegeixes les gambes i el llu\u00e7, pr\u00e8viament salpebrades al gust.<br \/>Fr\u00edes dos minutos, le das la vuelta y otros 2 minutos m\u00e1s. Seguidamente a\u00f1ades por encima de las gambas, y en la merluza un poquito, el ajo y perejil bien picadito y lo dejas hacer otros dos minutos m\u00e1s. Finalmente, tiras encima de la merluza \u00a0la almendra en grano y un poquito de aceite, y lo llevas a gratinar en el horno.
